I make pulled pork just by putting a boneless pork roast
and one bottle of bbq sauce on low in my crock pot. Shred right
before eating and mix back into sauce. Yummy!

we used to live within walking distance of 5th Quadrant + Pix Patisserie – we loved both.

Tasty and Sons is INCREDIBLE… and just like Toro Bravo, you have to get there RIGHT when they open… we go for breakfast and there are only a few people “in line” when we show up before opening.

If you are interested, I know an LMT ( used to be an employee of mine ) who is AMAZING… Jason had some scar tissue from, ironically, being hit by an ambulance many years ago… David worked with him for three months (60 – 90 minutes each week) and “fixed” him. Pain is gone. I don’t know if he could help Michael, but as someone who lives with chronic pain I would try ANYTHING. 😀 I am not home right now, but if you want I can give you his info later…

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS !

Sounds like such a fun day, and a cool place. I’ve never been to Portland.
