Yayy congrats on the weight loss! 🙂 I am always starving throughout the day if I work out in the morning, but I apparently you burn more all day too that way so it is ok! 🙂

LOVE LOVE LOVE that quote on your gym wall!!

Thanks Jennifer! It made my day! I was so excited.

It’s now 3:15. I’ve eaten my lunch and all my snacks and I am STARVING!

    1. Lisa Eirene

Oh I was frowning and my shoulders were sagging–fully expecting 5+ pounds up! I was elated!

Yah! That’s great! I bet you feel so good. You should!

  5. Jennifer is Always Sick

I don’t know about that sign. I walked out today with a massive headache…I might even go as far as to call it a migraine. Then again, I think it may have been that I didn’t have enough water before going there. That was my bad.

But usually, I feel way better after a work-out. Exercise is good for the mind as well as the body.

Congrats on the loss! And good work on getting to the gym before work – not an easy feat, at least not for me 🙂 Cheers, Rick

  7. Bethany @Bridezilla Bakes

Congrats on the great weigh in!! That must feel so good.

You’re right about working out in the morning — I’m the same way, I have mixed feelings. It’s great to that the gym isn’t crowded, but I only have about an hour to do what I need to do (INCLUDING the shower!), and that is just so short!

    1. Lisa Eirene

It is too short! I’d have to get up at 5 am to do it…I don’t know if I could!

  8. Sara

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That’s AMAZING! 😀 You can SO make your goal!!!! I know it!!! 😀

Wow Lisa!! Congratulations on losing 3 pounds in January!!! Seems like you’re close to getting all those “vanity pounds” off!

    1. Lisa Eirene

  11. Meli

Great job! You may *think* you over-indulged, but you are constantly working out and it’s paying off. I love reading your blog and am so happy for you!

    1. Lisa Eirene

      Thanks for reading, Meli!

I think what my “problem” is is that if I eat what I consider “Bad” food (fried fish and chips, burgers, pizza, etc) than I feel unhealthy…even if I eat it in moderation and still workout. I think that’s the source of feeling that way…
