We haven’t been camping in SO LONG. Eric worked weekends this summer and since those are my days off we never really got to do anything fun. Wah!

I love trail running. I think road running has it’s place but trail running definitely holds a very special place in my heart and I would almost always choose it over road running πŸ™‚

You should take a few days off during the week and go! We took Monday off and went Sat-Monday. It was nice. The campground was quiet Sunday night.

I’m a newbie with trail running but I can see where I’d love that more than road running!

It was a nice run in the woods for sure.

I cannot answer the question because I do not camp. When I did, my physical activities were swatting mosquitos and eating chips and dip. πŸ™‚

But I will comment on your breakfast.
I think fresh picked tomatoes and bacon are one of those food combinations from heaven. Add a little fresh ground pepper and I can be satisfied.

Camping is not for everyone. BUT yurt camping is a lot of fun if you’re not so much into roughing it.

I was glad I packed the fresh tomatoes from our yard. They went great with breakfast!

In my heart I want to camp, but I’m a big chicken. I need to try it though – especially since we have all these boys!

I think yurt camping would be for you then. It’s less “dirty” and if you hate the outdoors you can always hang out inside with a book. πŸ™‚
