I think you’ll really like Spin Class. I love it, and I’m not even in cycling shape like you are. Find a teacher you like, and I think you’ll be hooked!

I think I’ll like it too. I’m trying it this Thursday for the first time.

What a cool Halloween celebration! I love the wishing soup AND burning the things you wish to banish from your life!

My main goal for November is to get back to my goal weight!

It’s a good tradition that I used to do. I’m glad I’m back doing it!

That’s a good goal for November.

I love spin classes. They are one of the only reasons I miss being a member of the gym!

My November goals are to strength train more and keep taking pictures of all my food throughout the holidays to stay aware of what/how much I’m eating!

That’s a good goal. I think strength training is a fantastic winter goal!

That sounds like a fun time! I love focusing on the positive 😀

I am posting my goals tonight. I am going to do more grain-free days, and actually looking forward to them!

I have been eating more bread lately (changing seasons??) and would like to limit that more too.

Awesome Lisa Eirene! What great goals. And I love all that meditating stuff. I’ve been trying to do a little bit everyday.

Did you take the Spin class yet? What did you think? I love road biking (as you know) :), but am not a huge fan of spin classes. I will keep trying them. Maybe if I find the right instructor who plays music I love- I would enjoy it more.

For November… I plan to keep tracking, lose these last 6 pounds and try to cook some different recipes. I am in a recipe rut.

I haven’t taken the spin class yet but soon. I hope I like it. I’m not a huge fan of the bike trainer at home. I hope the class is better than that!

Love spin! I think I mentioned it to you before, but make sure you give it a few tries because it takes some time to get used to the seat discomfort.

    1. Lisa Eirene

Is it any different than a regular bike seat?
