    I’m a little contrary by nature. So when I need that extra boost of energy to push through, I think of someone telling me that I couldn’t do something. This is especially poignant for me right now since several people have recently told me that I “have to run with someone else to get faster.” I think that’s complete b.s. and it’s one of the most motivating things I use right now. 🙂

    Way to go pushing through like that…I get playing safe..having hurt myself too….but you have found your inner athlete…your AN ATHLETE now…and that athlete wants to be pushed! Way to go on feeding her just what she needed PURE ADRENALINE!!! OH YEAH!!!!
