Yum, I love Chinese food. Just in case you didn’t know (not sure from reading) but those crackers are prawn crackers. Mega, mega yummy. I used to eat them a lot, but I think they are fried. Since I am losing weight at the moment I limit fried foods.

Favourite Asian dish? Hmmm. Ever been to a Yum Cha? That is my favourite, because you don’t know what you are going to have until it arrives at the table and you say yes! I love getting BBQ pork buns, and duck when I am at Yum Cha.

      Prawn crackers, good to know!

I haven’t been to a Yum Cha. Not sure if there is one in Portland. But I’ve had BBQ pork buns before and they were really good. I’m with you, trying to limit how much fried foods I have!

That food looks amazing. There aren’t any great Chinese restaurants around here, which might be good because I do love the flavors. Hope you have a great weekend Lisa!

I would love to be able to cook more Asian food at home but it’s difficult to buy a lot of the ingredients the recipes call for (and most of the time I’m not sure WHAT the ingredients are or what they look like to try and find them).

those nachos…those spring rolls…oh man everything looks tasty! Im not a huge asian food fan, simply because I dont eat a lot of fish, so I go to like Panda Express for asian food lol

Yes, I imagine it would be difficult to eat Asian food if you’re not a seafood fan but they do have a lot of vegetarian options. I like getting steamed rice and sauteed vegetables.
