I can’t believe you came across a bottle of liquor in the snow!! What a fun getaway–and I’m glad you were safe about your travels! 🙂

It was definitely a first! I bet that happens a lot more on the trails where the snowmobilers are!

OMG! more beautiful pics. I need to be there. My only current mode of vacation travel is within my own mind. ((sigh)). I dunno when these virtual vacations will end. I wanna be in that snowy place in person!

Where abouts do you live? Somewhere with snow?

I take a lot of virtual vacations too. In fact, I spent an hour today planning a faux vacation on expedia. 🙂

It made me want to go back to Texas for real BBQ!

Looks like a yummy weekend! We all need a day or two of treating ourselves every so often!

I’ve been on that road when there was snow and ice and it was terrifying! Good choice turning around. I would have done the same thing! Now I always get anxious when I’m on it even on perfect August days!

Then you know what I’m talking about! It’s a scary road in the best of conditions!

Awesome trip! And all your food porn is killing me again. Especially the fries and dessert. Mmmm . . . brownies.

Don’t feel too bad about the post-diet binge. It’s natural. I’m wrapping up my own diet this week and I’ll probably do the same. Except my binge is likely to last a week. That’s just how I roll.

    Cheers!

What are you looking forward to eating most?

Chips and salsa and beer. Simple. Wonderful.
