    Yeah, that’s way too cold to ride your bike to work!

    I LOVE fall – my favorite time of year for sure. Your beef stew looks awesome. I think I like fall so much because I love to bake breads and having the oven at 450 or 500 is great when it’s cold out – not so great in the summer (which I still did – LOL!)

    I am the same way – as soon as the temps dip, I think pot roast, beef stew and comfort food!!

    I like to make this Chicago Style Italian roast beef – great for the first night, then makes amazeball french dip sandwiches later in the week!
