OMG!!!!!!!!!! Favorite band ever. I love Trent – he’s amazing. I’ve seen him 3 times, most recently last month in Boston. The opening band was AWFUL – not sure if you had the same one. It was Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Were they all instrumental and lit up by a red light the whole time? If so, that’s them. They sucked. Trent made up for it by playing for two hours though, I think!

That restaurant sounds cool. Not sure I’d like a place with communal seating though. I’m not really into that. I want my own table with my own people. LOL

I’m a huge fan too! That’s awesome that you saw them too. It was such a great show. What song did they close with for you? And yes, I think the opening band was the same one you saw. We got there in time to see one of their songs.

They ended with Hurt also, which is one of my all time favorites. I think he did a great job of mixing it up with the old, middle and newer stuff and keeping it all mixed instead of going in order or something silly like that. Great show! I got a couple of videos too, but just realized I never uploaded them to YouTube or anything like that! LOL

Hurt is one of my favorites but not my #1. But the live version of it was amazing.

My college BFF got me tickets to see them for my 20th birthday. I can’t believe how long ago that was! They played with David Bowie at Great Woods (an outside theater in MA). It was an amazing show. Wow, memories! 🙂

I’m glad you had a great time!

Wow! That is SO awesome you got to see NIN with David Bowie. I WISH I’d seen them then.

Mac and cheese for dinner makes for the best night, plus I love that they wrapped the leftovers into funky shapes!

Mac n’ cheese is always a good thing!

That sounds like a cool restaurant! I have heard of NIN, but I don’t think I actually have ever heard a song by them – at least that I am aware of. I kind of travel the off road of music LOL!

Yeah….NIN probably isn’t your cup of tea. I’m guessing. 😉
