I’m doing C25k also, I think I’m a week behind you. I’m doing it 3x a week and weights 1-2x a week, and spin class 1x/wk. So far so good. Feels good to be running again.

ahh I should follow your LEAD with the massage therapist too.
Im just cheap and my insurance wont pay.
    and yeah 🙂
by cheap I mean…lacking the fund right now 🙂

You could try students! Students in massage schools are trying to get practicum hours so they are usually cheap! 🙂

I love the C25K until I get to week 5. I think it’s just too big of a jump by going from running 8 straight minutes to running 20 minutes (for a true beginner). I have repeated weeks but always get stuck at this point.

Thanks! I’m glad you told me that. I will pay attention to the jump. I also just downloaded an app for it!

Oooh, I hope you do a follow-up post about the app you’re using. I don’t really know what is available but an app seems like a great way to learn the program.

Oh, I need to find those epsom salts. I’ve only seen lavendar, and I don’t like that much. Great idea to take your time with the training plan and a massage is always good!

The rosemary & mint epsom salts are AWESOME!
