I totally get what you mean about the emotional stuff. I don’t usually cry during movies, but you guys had me tearing up a few times. I’m sure I will be a puddle when it’s our turn.

Congratulations! Looking forward to the rest of the story, but I’m glad it got off to a good start despite being tested with traffic.

    You guys look so happy!

It’s weird, you anticipate something for so long, it gets here and you think you know how you’ll feel and it’s a million times more. πŸ™‚

Oh yay! You’re so dedicated and we thank you for the stories!! I bet it was just terrific.

I wasn’t supposed to be in my brother’s wedding, but at the rehearsal they found out that a bit that they thought was music was actually supposed to be a reading, so I was assigned that role after the fact. I heard that the rehearsal was actually really emotional for them, too – it was when the whole thing felt really real. I love the decor at the wedding venue, if you’re happy with it I hope you post its name (now that you’re safe from wedding crashers!!).

We got married at The World Forestry Center in Portland, near the zoo. The venue was perfect. I loved it.

Can’t wait for the next part!! My husband met and married in SIX MONTHS so it didn’t really feel that different getting married, we’d already been living together for five months – kind of weird when I think back on it – moving in with someone only after knowing them 30 days, but we just . . .knew. We’ll be married 14 in December already!

When you know you know. Congrats on 14!
