Oh no! I’m so sorry you were in such pain and hope you’re feeling better. Dogs are really good at sensing when we hurt, aren’t they.

      Yes she is very empathetic!

Yikes! Ugh, that sounds awful. Keep staying active (gently so, I would skip that race, heh), there’s been lots of research back in Norway that concluded that moving about is key in both healing and preventing back spasms. Heal up quickly!!

I agree. Moving around seems to help.

So scary and stressful! And it really seems unfair, you’re so careful, but I know things don’t always follow logic. I hope you heal quickly.

I am so sorry. Back spasms suck. You just want to be able to breathe without agony. I am glad your ER experience went well and was fast.

It wasn’t a horrible experience, minus being in pain, so that was good.

Bella’s face made me want to go and comfort her. Take care and hope your back heals soon.

She gets very anxious when one of us is hurt or sick or upset. ๐Ÿ™

That sounds bad Lisa, glad to hear you are feeling a little bit better by now.

And sweet Bella looks really worried about you.
