Your posts bring back so many memories! Especially the cravings. One week all I wanted was lemonade, the next chili, the next Thai food, and so on. I started drinking milk like crazy, never did before or since, and had to have orange juice every day. Again, never before or since. The funny thing is, my son loves lemonade, OJ, spicy thai food – several of the things I craved he now loves. Weird!

Do you notice any aversions to any foods or smells that you didn’t have before? My only one was toothpaste, I thought I was going to throw up every time brushed my teeth. There was no avoiding that one, it was tough.

It’s fun reading about your progress, even after 19 years it feels like yesterday.

Aw yes! I went through a lemonade phase for about a month. Now I’m over it. LOL Went through the milk phase too. The one thing that has stuck around the entire time is OJ. I drink every day. Crazy.

I had a LOT of food aversions in the first trimester. I couldn’t eat meat or salad or veggies. All I ate was like pasta or bread. Thankfully that’s gone away and I can eat anything now without aversions.

Thanks for your comment. I love hearing about other experiences. Glad you are enjoying the updates. 🙂

I gained the majority of my weight with my little one in the end of the second trimester and first part of third trimester then I lost some weight in the third trimester.

I’ve heard that from other people, too. Maybe it’s less room in the stomach area in the 3rd trimester so you eat less? I’m curious to see how it goes for me. My body likes to gain weight and does so very easily. Oh well…

Glad the glucose test turned out okay! And girl, go to Goodwill to buy a coat! If you are skeevy about it, just take it to the dry cleaners before you wear it – it was save you $$$ 😀

GOOD IDEA! Duh why didn’t I think of that.
