    I’m sure that moving your body will help you SO much! You’re going through lots of changes (obviously) so getting a tiny bit of you-time at the gym must feel amazing, on the days it works.

    I have a drinks suggestion: I have a soda stream that I love and use to make sparkling water. I don’t use their flavor packs, instead I add a few drops of fancy bitters to my water! I’ve been loving my Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters, and I also have a blood orange one – all natural, interesting taste, absolutely minimal calories, and by using the soda stream I don’t have to buy the water, just get a refilled cartridge about once every six months (and you can turn in the empty cartridge at the Target customer service area and get a discount on the refilled one).
