I have a couple herniated disks and you can do absolutely *nothing* and it will set off a flare. It stinks.

Isn’t that the worst? Injury for no apparent reason. UGH!

Is it me, or did your maternity leave feel like the blink of an eye! I will tell you though, I’ve always worked and Hannah was in day care from six weeks of age until first grade with the same at home provider, and she’s one of the most independent person I know. I think not having a parent around 24/7 makes them more responsible – my nieces Mom was a stay at home Mom and did EVERYTHING for the kids – so much so that they never learned how to do laundry, cook, etc.

Yes it felt like it was over in a flash! 🙁
I agree. I think daycare will be a good thing. It will help with learning and growing and socialization. I think babies and kids that are around other kids learn more. It will be good for him. Even if it’s hard for me!

And sorry about your back! Since I’ve been doing a lot of lifting at the farmers markets, I find that if I turn my seat warmer on driving home, it’s like having a built in heating pad and my back feels so much better by the time I get home 😀

We have heated seats in the Subaru. It’s fantastic!
