I’m glad you are figuring out the anxiety meds. I know that is a tricky balance. I don’t take them but my partner does and it is often a source of anxiety and concern. I hope you are able to get to the right med soon. Congrats on losing 7 lbs! I’m back on track lately too and it feels great to be losing again. I also bumped up slightly on Thanksgiving, but it’s gone now so I’m pleased.

Good for you! Glad you turned it around. It’s so hard around the holidays.
Hope your partner has figured out the balance. You are right. It’s hard to figure out. And what works for one person doesn’t always work for another.

What a great way to go into the holidays, with 7 pounds gone and a great plan for yourself. I hope you have continued success with both the weight loss and the medications.

Do you think you will try a different medicine? Getting any kind of anxiety/depression medication adjusted to the individual is so, so difficult.

Congrats on the loss! I need some of that mojo here. I’m in full snack monster mode from stress and being too busy.

I am still doing the prozac, but a lower dose. It helps but doesn’t add the extra weight (so far)
