    We do 90% Lindt dark chocolate. There is some fiber and some protein. It took us a while to work up to that 90% level. But now it is the one we prefer. Kids and I. Dark chocolate is definitely an acquired taste. Have to just keep working up the percentage chain.

    I am so glad you can do dairy, because Greek yogurt helps a lot. (I cannot do dairy, GI issues.) You might try frozen walnut halves in the plain Greek yogurt.

      Good to know about the dark chocolate! I have not been a fan in the past. I like dark chocolate with stuff in it (like nuts or caramel or salt) but just plain, no thanks. But I like the 72% I’ve been having so far. I’m going to work up to the 86% next. 🙂

      I am going to re-introduce my plain greek yogurt soon. I was taking a break from it for the start of the keto because I usually add fruit to it.
