    I am just concentrating on maintaining my weight for now. I have a treadmill and free weights which I use. I have worked out at home since 07 so I am used to that.

    I tried VERY hard to get a sourdough starter going, no luck.

      My blog has been buggy for months. I had to make some changes and uninstall some things. I installed a new app for email subscriptions. If you go to the website and look on the right side, there is a new sign up. That might help.

      Sourdough starters are fun but HIGH maintenance! And easy to kill. LOL
