    We do green beans instead of pasta. Sounds weird I know, but is works perfectly with marinara sauce/meat/onions/mushrooms/zucchini.

    I add protein powder/milk/egg to Kodiak protein waffle mix and can get the carb and protein numbers to balance, you might try that

    I also put protein powder in plain oatmeal and it helps numbers and holds me longer.

    Yes, carrots and banana will mess up numbers, probably so will juice

      We are old hats at zoodles! I really like zoodles. I haven’t tried protein powder in my oatmeal but great idea!
