I loooove Mexican food too and I have such a hard time not eating all of the chips and salsa. I made a delicious bean and veggie stew over the weekend in my crockpot that I’m having for lunch today again and it was SO good, can’t wait for lunch time!

I’ve made tortilla soup before and it was fantastic!

I adore mexican food and I agree, it’s just not the same without sour cream!

I love Iron Horse. I always eat too many chips and salsa and end up taking most of my meal home to eat later šŸ™‚

My favorite food this weekend was mom’s lat night s’ghetti after the game.

Taking half of it home is a good idea and something I *usually* do….except with Mexican food! It’s so hard for me to stop eating it.

WOW! You just pictured all my favorites in one blog…. Mexican (sour cream included), Pumpkin Ale, and the cupcake. Yummy! My weekend food does not compare to yours. I have not had Mexican since getting serious about losing weight but now I feel a craving on its way!! :o)

Mexican food is something I try to resist because I would seriously eat it every single day. šŸ™‚ Once in awhile it’s a good treat!

We had so much good food when we were in Lake Powell! My favorite had to be the sweet pork burritos that my Aunt made…delicious! I ate way more than I should have!

Oh what a weekend I’ve had: a Brie grilled cheese with sliced pears and honeyed walnuts on Friday. A Dodger Dog and loaded nachos at the game on Saturday (thanks for a great season, boys!) and my mom’s Baja fish tacos for Sunday dinner.

I don’t do that very often and today I’m going to leave those calories on the running trail. But it’s so worth it sometimes.

Wow that sandwich sounds epic! I would love to try it!

I love sour cream, too. Funny how when I was little, I hated sour cream and cream cheese. I don’t know what was wrong with me LOL!

Best food I had all weekend was probably BBQ ribs on Saturday night.
