      YES! I am glad I’ve been doing weights and to be honest…I was a little sad when I thought I got to the green light to REALLY run. I was thinking, “Well what about my weight lifting goals?” But I’m going to work hard to keep at it.

    I started working on strengthening my hips about a year ago and it has made a HUGE difference in my workouts. I do a variety of exercises given to me by a physical therapist, including dips on a stair and one legged squats.
