I think this is something I really needed to hear, especially the “don’t get sucked in” part. I keep wanting to try out other people’s plans with the hope that they will work faster instead of just sticking with what works for me. Thanks!

I totally agree. I think one of the things that started my weight issues is comparing myself to other people as a little girl. We have to be our own people! This was a great, inspiring post!

Yeah, this is a great post. I think I have a unique role. I am a fitness professional/ nyc personal trainer but I still struggle with my weight.

I feel most of my colleagues don’t get it. “Just eat less and workout more.” Hmmmm….Thanks.

My goal is to just be as honest and personal as possible to my readers and clients along with being the professional.

This will hopefully give me some time to take care of myself by giving some attention to Diane.

“Eat less, workout more” is an easy thing to say but there has to be a balance. And I think a personal trainer that is REAL and has real struggles is a benefit. You know what it’s like!
