Last night I did a workout program on it as part of my Home Routine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/medicineball.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11416\" title=\"medicineball\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/medicineball-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/medicineball-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/medicineball.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I got my supplies ready and everything set up, put in the movie &#8220;It&#8217;s Complicated&#8221; to watch while I worked out (so funny) and got to it. First I warmed up with some bicep curls and triceps.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/weights1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11417\" title=\"weights\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/weights1-e1294332476392-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/weights1-e1294332476392-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/weights1-e1294332476392.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>The program I selected was &#8220;<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Ab Burner<\/strong><\/span>.&#8221; A 15 minute guided program that targets the abs. Holy moly!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11418\" title=\"ab1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab1-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab1-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab1.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>The first exercise was a minute of Toe Touches. A full minute? Holy crap! I was sweating immediately.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11419\" title=\"ab2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab2-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab2-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab2.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>Next was a minute of the Russian Twist. This is something I normally do during a workout but for a full minute? I had to rest a bit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11422\" title=\"ab5\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab5-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab5-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab5.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>Then I did Planks. I could hold the Plank for about 20 seconds, then I  had to rest a bit and then try again. So I didn&#8217;t do the full 1 minute  of planks. The next move was the side plank which I am not strong enough to do at all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11421\" title=\"ab4\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab4-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab4-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab4.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>During that minute I got up and did Plie Squats with my 8 pound medicine ball instead.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11423\" title=\"ab3\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab3-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab3-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/ab3.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>The new move is Crazy Ivans. I&#8217;d never heard of it before. I watched the demo video on the App a few times to see how to do it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/recover.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11424\" title=\"recover\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/recover-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/recover-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/recover.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>Recovery time. Rinse and repeat routine 4 times. I did it 3 times and then cut the program 5 minutes short because I wanted to hop on the bike. I did 25 minutes of warming up and doing the ab workout:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/160cal.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11426\" title=\"160cal\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/160cal-e1294333316391-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/160cal-e1294333316391-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/160cal-e1294333316391.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>I got on the bike and did another 45 minute workout. The last thing I wanted to do was go to the grocery store after working out. It&#8217;s been ages since I had dim sum! It was nice being able to watch a movie. I did get frustrated with the amount of time it took to set everything up, plus I had to stop a bunch of times to &#8220;fix&#8221; things. I also think I am easily distracted at home.\u00a0 The home workout is a good thing for me right now but I guess I&#8217;m just a gym rat at heart and prefer to go TO the gym.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>QUESTION: What is your home workout routine?
