Today was like that. I had a hair appointment scheduled for 6:30am! UGH! So not a morning person. I stumbled out of bed at 6AM and got ready to go.\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t have time for breakfast but you NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST. Skipping breakfast = overeating later.\u00a0 Especially standing in line at Starbucks and gazing at the scones and muffins and yummy oatmeal&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Anyways! I had some unsweetened ice tea and a few strawberries for my &#8220;first&#8221; breakfast. My morning snack is my banana and some peanut butter. The peanut butter is a single serving packet that I found at Whole Foods for only 69 cents!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1183\" style=\"width: 122px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pb.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1183\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1183\" title=\"pb\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pb.jpg?w=112\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pb.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pb-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 112px) 100vw, 112px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1183\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Almond Butter<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I did not eat the whole package. It was just too much. This was the first time I&#8217;ve tried Almond Butter. I liked it. It was nuttier than regular peanut butter. But it was also very rich.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pd1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1184\" title=\"pd1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pd1.jpg?w=150\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pd1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/pd1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Today I ran at lunchtime. And <strong>I RAN IN THE RAIN!<\/strong> This was a first for me. I&#8217;ve gotten caught in the rain on accident, but never set out to run when it was rainy. And it wasn&#8217;t that bad! I figured, if people can run the Boston Marathon (and survive Heartbreak Hill), I can run for 30 minutes in the rain! \ud83d\ude42 And I will confess that I did fantasize a bit that I was running in a marathon.<\/p>\n<p>My time was great too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Stats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 35:03<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories Burned: 446<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nike+ Pace: 8&#8217;07&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While I was running, I saw a SEA LION in the Willamette River!! I was so surprised! He seemed a long way from home. It was such a surprise, I stopped running to watch.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>QUESTION: What is the coolest thing you&#8217;ve ever seen while out exercising?
