It is by far the easiest, fastest go-to meal that we always have on hand. In Michael&#8217;s foil I tossed in some sliced mushrooms. I baked the fish at 350 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. The fresh lemon and the dill make a huge difference in the flavors. He said it would be better with just butter but I wouldn&#8217;t know either way because I don&#8217;t eat mushrooms. He said the salmon was wonderful though. I estimate the salmon to be about 300 calories. The salad was 100 or so (mostly because of the dressing).
