I had zero motivation to fight the crowds at the gym&#8211;plus I wanted to catch up on some TV shows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/abburner.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12722\" title=\"abburner\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/abburner-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/abburner-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/abburner.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI avoided doing too much upper body stuff (like arms) because I knew I was doing my arms and shoulders at the gym on Wednesday. I spent 15 minutes doing the Ab Burner. The Crazy Ivans and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5I4Q134UCcw\">Toe Touches<\/a> will make your abs burn! The frustration I&#8217;d been feeling pre-workout with the hassle of setting everything up vanished.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/nikeclubcalories.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12731\" title=\"nikeclubcalories\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/nikeclubcalories-e1296678440809-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/nikeclubcalories-e1296678440809-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/nikeclubcalories-e1296678440809.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNot too bad for 30 minutes or so of a home workout. I moved from the Nike Training Club to the bike.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/biketrainer.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12733\" title=\"biketrainer\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/biketrainer-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/biketrainer-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/biketrainer.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI did a medium paced bike routine on the trainer and watched the current week&#8217;s episode of &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/?p=12051\">Heavy<\/a>.&#8221; I&#8217;m not done with the episode yet but this week was really inspiring and emotional. I love that the two women this week are committed to losing weight. Instead of previous weeks where the people complained and cried and whined, these two ladies WANT to lose weight. I was smart this time. This time I cut my pork in half. I&#8217;m glad I cut it in half. It will also give me leftovers for lunch.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>QUESTION: Did you workout yesterday?
