I wasn&#8217;t sore from yesterday&#8217;s bike ride. But I just didn&#8217;t have a run in me today. Of course, I realized this AFTER I was 1\/4 mile into my run. Too late to turn back! I kept going.<\/p>\n<p>I ran most of the way. I walked 3 times for about 30 seconds or so each time. I hate walking part of the Esplanade. It feels like a failure. Which is stupid, I know.<\/p>\n<p>The strange thing&#8230;I had a great run time! What is up with that?!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Stats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 34:40<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories Burned: 436<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have no idea what happened today. But I got a run in and I feel better for that. The temperature outside was perfect for running. It was 60 degrees and very overcast. I didn&#8217;t wear my jacket but I did put sunscreen on my shoulders and arms just in case. I love the smell of sunscreen. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>For lunch I had a ham and Swiss sandwich on Sandwich Thins with some veggies and ranch dressing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/lunch7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1355\" title=\"lunch\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/lunch7.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/lunch7.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/lunch7-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>It looks like I <em>just<\/em> miss the rain too!
