Michael hopped on his bike first and I worked out to the Nike Training App next to him. This time I did the &#8220;Power Drill.&#8221; Part One:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5475.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-13941\" title=\"IMG_5475\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5475-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5475-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5475.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n45 minutes of ass-kicking! Holy moly! This was a hard one for me. First, there were less &#8220;Recovery&#8221; breaks (not that I usually use the Recovery time to rest, but it seemed harder). Second, there were a million Toe Touches. Ouch! I was dripping in sweat. Part Two:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5476.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-13942\" title=\"IMG_5476\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5476-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5476-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5476.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThird, the Flutter Kicks were BRUTAL. There were so many of them too. It seemed like the whole workout was Flutter Kicks and Toe Touches. And Part Three (oh look, more Flutter Kicks!):<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5477.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-13943\" title=\"IMG_5477\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5477-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5477-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5477.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIt was pretty much the hardest workout I&#8217;ve tried since I&#8217;ve been using the Nike App. I did about 40 minutes on that and then hopped on the bike. In the 40 minutes I burned 334 calories.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5470.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-13937\" title=\"IMG_5470\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5470-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5470-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5470-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/IMG_5470.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNot a bad number. Not only that I was covered in sweat. I was disappointed that the 600 pound guy wasn&#8217;t really trying to lose weight. He snuck food into the camp, didn&#8217;t workout like the trainer&#8217;s showed him and when he went back home he gained a bunch of weight back. I know that you can&#8217;t force someone to lose weight&#8211;that they MUST want to do it for themselves. But for this guy&#8211;losing weight for his kids wasn&#8217;t enough motivation for him. It was just sad.<\/p>\n<p>I finished up on the bike (about 40 minutes or so) and did some stretches. I was glad to see that the Nike App included some stretching at the end of the 45 minute workout. I was feeling pretty good with no stiffness or pain in my knee. It was nice to decompress after my workout.
