Breakfast was extra filling.<\/p>\n<p>Around 11, I had a small plain Greek yogurt with a little granola in it.<\/p>\n<p>After my training was over, I walked across the bridge to my office and was disturbed by the weather! It was sunny, warm, then freezing cold and rainy. My schedule was thrown all out of whack with training, and I&#8217;m feeling tired and run down from last night&#8217;s festivities. I&#8217;ve been fighting off a headache all day, too.
