Then I started using the elliptical at the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/?p=6898\"> small gym<\/a> I went to. I proceeded to spend hours upon hours on that elliptical machine. I wasn&#8217;t a runner (yet) and I didn&#8217;t lift weights much. I was strictly working my butt off on that elliptical.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/elliptical.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17050\" title=\"elliptical\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/elliptical.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/elliptical.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/elliptical-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThen I became a RUNNER. I completely abandoned the elliptical machine and all cardio was running or swimming (because I&#8217;d never give that up). Yes, I became obsessed with running. And training. And running races.<\/p>\n<p>Last night at the gym all the treadmills were full. Instead of grumbling about not being able to run, I hopped onto a free elliptical machine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6102.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17043\" title=\"IMG_6102\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6102-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6102-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6102-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6102.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIt had been years since I worked out on one and it was nice! It felt comfortable, like &#8220;the old days.&#8221; I warmed up at Resistance 10 and did a very sweaty workout on it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6098.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17042\" title=\"IMG_6098\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6098-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6098-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6098-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6098.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI had a great time and lost myself in the motion. It was also a good alternative to running because my hips were SORE. The Bosu Ball did me in and I didn&#8217;t think running would be a good thing yesterday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6108.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17045\" title=\"IMG_6108\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6108-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6108-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6108-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6108.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAfter my time on the elliptical I did some weight lifting. It was difficult. I was sore from Tuesday&#8217;s work (I think the push-ups are the culprit) so I cut it a bit short.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6112.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17047\" title=\"IMG_6112\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6112-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6112-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6112-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_6112.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI felt good as I went home. My serving of steak was about 1.25 of a serving. I was so hungry! I devoured every bite.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7163.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17036\" title=\"IMG_7163\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7163-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7163-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7163-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI added some Goddess Dressing to my steamed veggies (150 calories). It&#8217;s my favorite dressing on veggies. A little bit goes a long way and the flavors are rich.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7164.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17037\" title=\"IMG_7164\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7164-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7164-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/IMG_7164-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nMichael realized that the Worcestershire Sauce we use (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leaperrins.com\/\">Lea and Perrins<\/a>) contains <a href=\"http:\/\/www.globalhealingcenter.com\/natural-health\/high-fructose-corn-syrup-dangers\/\">High Fructose Corn Syrup<\/a>! Oh no! I had no idea. I had no idea I even needed to CHECK that sort of item for HFCS.
