But I did forget a significant part: the <strong>protein<\/strong>! Yikes! Wednesday night Michael blackened a chicken breast for us to split and put on our salads. I forgot the chicken in the fridge and realized it once I got to work. Man was it hard to find a food cart that would sell me JUST the meat. They were all confused as to why I wouldn&#8217;t order the rice, or noodles, or other &#8220;stuff.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcarts1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17416\" title=\"foodcarts1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcarts1-300x228.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcarts1-300x228.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcarts1.jpg 350w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI finally found a Greek Cart that was willing to just sell me some chicken (with no pita bread or tzatziki sauce).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcart1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17417\" title=\"foodcart1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcart1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcart1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/foodcart1.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nLunch was really tasty! I loved the chicken. I wish I knew how they prepared it and what spices they used because I&#8217;d love to recreate it. It was so delicious. The pork loins were small and thin. The refried beans were really yummy too. I can&#8217;t remember the last time I ate them.
