Ironically, my hamstrings didn&#8217;t hurt during my run. I still took it pretty slow. I did, however, have a pain in my side. That has been happening frequently and I have no idea WHAT it is or why I get it! Any ideas? Suggestions?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/shadow.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1758\" title=\"shadow\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/shadow.jpg?w=225\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/shadow.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/shadow-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>I made the lunchtime run without having to walk at all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Stats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 35:15<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories Burned: 415<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nike+ Pace: 9&#8217;42&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#3366ff;\">Checking in on my May Goals<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>I used sunscreen&#8211;even though it was overcast. <span style=\"color:#3366ff;\">CHECK<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>I drank a lot of water before the run. <span style=\"color:#3366ff;\">CHECK<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>I stretched when I got back to work (especially my hammies!). <span style=\"color:#3366ff;\">CHECK<\/span>!<\/p>\n<p>I think I can successfully say that the &#8220;Low Carb&#8221; eating plan is done. The idea of it just annoys me at this point, and if I really want to do something, I DO it and I really DON&#8217;T want to do it.
