{"id":1779,"date":"2010-05-12T14:02:18","date_gmt":"2010-05-12T21:02:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.wordpress.com\/?p=1779"},"modified":"2010-05-12T14:02:18","modified_gmt":"2010-05-12T21:02:18","slug":"100-miles-to-nowhere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/?p=1779","title":{"rendered":"100 Miles to Nowhere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Among the &#8220;internets&#8221; there&#8217;s something going around called the &#8220;100 Miles to Nowhere&#8221;. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fatcyclist.com\/\">Fat Cyclist<\/a> has been posting photos of people around the world participating in the 100 Miles to Nowhere ride. It&#8217;s an unorganized, unofficial, epic ride that ANYONE can participate in. Basically, you just ride 100 miles on your own&#8211;apparently on a bike trainer. Your own pace, no support, no money to enter (unless you want to donate to Livestrong.com). It&#8217;s a very cool idea and in fact Michael and I were discussing it last night. It would be a fun thing to plan! I&#8217;m thinking about it!<\/p>\n<p>Okay, back to reality. For my morning snack, I ate a Chobani Greek yogurt. This time I tried the peach flavor. I love Chobani! It&#8217;s by far my favorite of the Greek yogurts. I&#8217;m going to ask my masseuse to focus on my lower body to prepare for Saturday&#8217;s ride. We also have another massage scheduled for Monday after the ride.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Awesome Run<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Today&#8217;s lunchtime run was great! It&#8217;s now become part of my routine. I felt like my pace was consistent and fairly fast. I keep forgetting to pause my Nike+ when I&#8217;m waiting at stop lights.
