I have a pancake butt. What is a pancake butt?<\/p>\n<p>The Urban Dictionary defines it as &#8220;<span style=\"color:#800000;\">when one&#8217;s butt has absolutely no shape to it at all. Looking very flat,  like a pancake.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/butt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3061\" title=\"butt\" src=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/butt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"286\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Michael has lovingly said several times recently that my butt is shrinking. Very sweet of him. Then I noticed the last time I went jean shopping that my butt, while small, is not well defined.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/dscn1091.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3062\" title=\"DSCN1091\" src=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/dscn1091.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/dscn1091.jpg 2816w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/dscn1091-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/dscn1091-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My body changed in a lot of different ways as I lost weight. Every week it was a new discovery. Besides my clothes not fitting any more, I suddenly could see ribs, I could see a COLLARBONE! Holy cow! Where did that come from? And my thighs stopped rubbing together.<\/p>\n<p>These changes also meant that I lost weight in places I wasn&#8217;t expecting to as well. I lost too many bra sizes to even count (actually I can count&#8211;42FF to 34DD) and also my butt shrank!<\/p>\n<p>I read an article recently that said that there are a few reasons for having &#8220;pancake butt.&#8221; <strong><span style=\"color:#333399;\">1) There&#8217;s not enough fat accumulation in your butt or 2) Your butt muscles don&#8217;t engage so they don&#8217;t build up.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now, how do we fix this problem? I&#8217;ve recently tried doing sprints and interval training with my running. I do the stair-master at the gym, and I also started doing the Leg Press machines at the gym.
