I went because of my knee injury; I was desperate and willing to try anything that might help. I&#8217;d never been a fan of yoga. As a cardio junkie, it was just too slow. I knew I NEEDED it, however, and always feel better after I finish a yoga class.<\/p>\n<p>When I first started going once a week, I found a class I really loved. The teacher was awesome and her classes were challenging, fun and interesting. It wasn&#8217;t the same old same old routine that a lot of other classes are like where I am bored to tears. She also started each class with asking what areas of the body we wanted to work on. That was nice, especially on a Friday night after a long week of work and difficult workouts.<\/p>\n<p>One thing that always baffled my mind: I could lift heavy weights, hold 50 pounds while doing squats, 65 pounds for Romanian deadlifts, I could do the overhead press and bench press a decent number&#8230;yet holding certain yoga poses for more than a few seconds was murder! What&#8217;s up with that?\u00a0Despite how much I may struggle in some classes, I&#8217;m starting to enjoy going. I started to notice that my balance improved (a little bit), I grew to like a lot of the poses (Tree Pose is my favorite) and I love ending a busy, stressful week with a yoga class. It&#8217;s refreshing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tree-pose.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-40103\" alt=\"tree-pose\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tree-pose-245x300.jpg\" width=\"245\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tree-pose-245x300.jpg 245w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/tree-pose.jpg 648w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 245px) 100vw, 245px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I usually just wear my normal workout gear when I go to yoga class. Not exactly zen, right?\u00a0I was contacted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogiclothing.com\/\">Yogi Clothing <\/a>and asked if I wanted to review some of their yoga wears. I checked out their website and they have a lot of really cute clothes, and not just yoga outfits, either. I was sent the following things to review:<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogiclothing.com\/collections\/bottoms\/products\/a20g1511-lace-black\">YOGI CLOTHING ACTIVE LACE PRINT LEGGINGS<\/a><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogiclothing.com\/collections\/tops-1\/products\/a37g10by-lace\">YOGI CLOTHING JERSEY LACE PRINT TANK<\/a><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yogiclothing.com\/collections\/bottoms\/products\/r9900707-black\">YOGI CLOTHING SEAMLESS SHORTS<\/a><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\">When I first got the leggings, I thought\u00a0<em>Uh oh, these are way too small.<\/em> They are a medium, which is normally what I&#8217;d wear, but they looked so tiny! Luckily they weren&#8217;t! The fabric was really soft and stretchy and they fit perfectly. In fact, they might even be a little loose. They are so soft and comfortable. I see now why people wear yoga pants all the time. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\">The pants are very cute, too. Michael saw me trying them on when they first arrived and he commented on how feminine they look. The waistline has a black and white lace band around it that is really pretty.<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\">The shorts are comfortable but way too small for me to wear in public! They will work perfectly for under skirts and dresses though. In fact, I packed the black shorts in my suitcase to take on my trip to LA. A little extra support is never a bad thing! The shirt is adorable and feels like silk, so soft on my skin.<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_6822.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-40134\" alt=\"Robyn's Birthday\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_6822-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"695\" height=\"462\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_6822-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_6822-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\">I wore my new outfit to yoga and it worked pretty well. I LOVED the pants. They were super comfortable, flattering and didn&#8217;t move around during class like some pants can. The shirt, however, was a little too loose I think. During some yoga moves the shirt fell down revealing my stomach a little too much. The shirt was also shedding some fabric. Despite not being 100% satisfied with the shirt, I loved the pants so much that I&#8217;m still a happy camper.<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"name\">Do you want to know more about Yogi Clothing?
