I pleaded with my friend Star to give me her recipe (even though she doesn&#8217;t use recipes). So this is what she came up with. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color:#333399;\">STAR\u2019S TUNA SALAD RECIPE<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Keep in mind that there are no exact measurements \u2013 have fun and make this one your own.\u00a0Here\u2019s what happens \u2026 approximately:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 large can white albacore tuna (drained \u2026 please leave the juice outside for stray kitties)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 hard boiled eggs \u2013 chopped up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 super sweet onion finely chopped<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 grated carrot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Couple of stalks of celery \u2013 finely sliced<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A handful of dried cranberries or anything else appealing that happens to be in the cupboard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A yellow or red pepper chopped<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A mixture of nayonaise or mayonnaise (low fat)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sprinkles of pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lavish sprinkles of curry (mild curry is best)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taste test and add what it needs. Sometimes an addition of sweet relish is good, but keep in mind no everyone likes it.
