Be 100%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Make Sun Tea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Train for Hood to  Coast.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Have a picnic.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Try Trail running  for the first time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I suppose I&#8217;ve technically been training for Hood to Coast with every single workout I do (even workouts that don&#8217;t involve running)&#8230;.but for the most part, I accomplished nothing in July. My July Goals SHOULD have been:<\/p>\n<p>1. Heal.<\/p>\n<p>2. Survive House Guest-Palooza.<\/p>\n<p>3. Finish installing the kitchen floor.<\/p>\n<p>4. Train for Hood To Coast.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/08\/htc1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4495\" title=\"htc1\" src=\"http:\/\/hundredtenpounds.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/08\/htc1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a>If those had been my goals, I think I&#8217;d be in better shape right now. So in light of that, I&#8217;m going to be very easy with my goals for August:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800080;\">August Goals<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800080;\">1. TRAIN FOR HOOD TO COAST.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800080;\">2. Survive Hood to Coast.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800080;\">3. ENJOY Hood to Coast.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#800080;\">4.
