Last night was our first Team Meeting for Hood to Coast<\/span><\/strong>. It was a potluck dinner. I brought my veggie pasta salad (I just posted the recipe for it). There was grilled chicken, salad, and sweet watermelon.<\/p>\n

It was great meeting everyone! I’d only met our captain, Leslie, because we work together. \ud83d\ude42 Everyone was really nice and I think it’s going to be a fun adventure!<\/p>\n

That is the estimated run time for our team. Leslie kindly did all the math to figure it out. Looking at my slots (in the red) I’m a little nervous about my time!<\/p>\n

My first Leg is 6.4 miles and Leslie estimates I will complete it in 59 minutes. The long run I did this weekend (7 miles) was completed in 1:18…so perhaps 59 minutes is pretty accurate. I also have to take into account:<\/p>\n
