Michael made the guacamole. He&#8217;s pretty awesome in the kitchen and his guacamole is fantastic!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Guacamole<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>2 avocados<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Lime juice<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Chopped\u00a0jalape\u00f1os<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Spoonful of light sour cream<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Salt and Pepper<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Minced Garlic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Worcestershire Sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Mix it all together. Depending on how spicy you like your food, vary the amount of garlic and\u00a0jalape\u00f1o. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/guac.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4771\" title=\"guac\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/guac-e1281540813770-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/guac-e1281540813770-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/guac-e1281540813770.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I think the\u00a0jalape\u00f1os\u00a0and the garlic REALLY make the guacamole tasty. I think it tastes better than the restaurant guac.<\/p>\n<p>I cannot be trusted near &#8220;DIPPING THINGS&#8221;. That is definitely a weakness for me. Chips and salsa, guacamole, crackers and cream cheese dip, veggies and ranch dip&#8230;it doesn&#8217;t matter what it is, I will eat too much of it!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/dipping.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4772\" title=\"dipping\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/dipping-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/dipping-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/dipping.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yes&#8211;that is a picture of me dipping a black olive into the guacamole. Really, the food was just a vehicle for the guacamole&#8230;.love dipping!<\/p>\n<p>For the chicken fajitas, Michael\u00a0saut\u00e9ed\u00a0the chopped chicken, onions and red peppers in the skillet. He used a lot of seasoning (like cumin and chili powder).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4774\" title=\"cooking1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking1-e1281541214973-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking1-e1281541214973-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking1-e1281541214973.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chicken is hard for me to cook. I never know how long to cook it for. Unlike steak that can be a little underdone&#8211;there seems to be a science to cooking chicken without drying it out.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4775\" title=\"cooking2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/cooking2.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I opened a bottle of wine that we got from Hood River. It had been awhile since I&#8217;d had anything to drink. Usually I eat two but the guacamole and chips are pretty filling (and high in calories) so eating 1 fajita was the smart move.
