Here is the first:<\/p>\n<p>Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs:<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"0\"> \t<link itemprop=\"image\" href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/IMG_8708-e1497578614590-768x1024.jpg\" \/>\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs |Paleo<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Prep time: <time itemprop=\"prepTime\" datetime=\"PT10M\">10 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cook time: <time itemprop=\"cookTime\" datetime=\"PT6H\">6 hours<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Total time: <time itemprop=\"totalTime\" datetime=\"PT6H10M\">6 hours 10 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">4-6 servings<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSummary summary\">From: http:\/\/www.joyfulhealthyeats.com\/balsamic-braised-beef-short-ribs-paleo\/<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2-3 lbs. of bone-in beef short ribs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of coconut oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">15 oz. can of tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd cup of balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 whole dried dates<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 garlic cloves, smashed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Spice Blend:<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoon of course sea salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of dried rosemary<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of dried sage<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of garlic powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of onion powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon of paprika<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teaspoon of black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a small bowl, mix together course sea salt, dried rosemary, dried sage, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pat dry bone-in beef short ribs. Rub spice blend into both sides of the short ribs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add coconut oil to pan and sear the short ribs for 2-3 minutes per side or until slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put the short ribs in a slow cooker with a tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, whole dried dates, and smashed garlic cloves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook for 4-6 hours on low or until beef is tender.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNutrition\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"endeasyrecipe\" style=\"display: none;\">3.5.3226<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSIngredients\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSIngredientsHeader ERSHeading\">It doesn&#8217;t look pretty but it tasted really good! We both want to make it again in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The second &#8220;recipe&#8221; wasn&#8217;t really a recipe but it was &#8220;lowish&#8221; carb and on the diet plan. I also bought a jar of low carb spaghetti sauce. I hadn&#8217;t tried this brand before and another reader recommended a low carb marinara but it was really expensive when I finally found it! I also loved that it didn&#8217;t have a ton of sugar in it like a lot of red sauces have. Really good! They were slightly al dente, but I&#8217;m so used to eating spaghetti squash instead of real pasta noodles that it didn&#8217;t feel weird to me. The sauce? Fantastic! We both LOVED it! It was super spicy.
