It&#8217;s one of my favorites because it&#8217;s low in calories and VERY filling. A recent blood test said that I have an &#8220;mild&#8221; allergy to peanuts and wheat. I have no idea what a &#8220;mild&#8221; allergy means&#8211;especially since I&#8217;ve never noticed any problems after eating either of those things!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Breakfast this morning was Cream of Wheat.
