Felt foggy, dizzy and NOT hungry at all all day long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 2 &#8211; <\/strong><em>25 net carbs.<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/intermittent-fasting-guide\"><strong>Intermittent fasting<\/strong><\/a>&#8230; It&#8217;s easy on the day I work from home because I get up, go to the gym, then come home and start work &amp; make my breakfast. It&#8217;s harder to do the other days. Felt better today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 3 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>17 net carbs.<\/em> Felt nauseated all day, not hungry at all. Didn&#8217;t eat my lunch until almost 2pm! Was at 67% out of goal of 70% for fat intake. Was 100 calories over goal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 4 &#8211;   <\/strong><em>20 net carbs<\/em>, 74% fat for the day.  Felt pretty good. Not hungry. Ran during my lunch break and was expecting it to be a horrible slog. It wasn&#8217;t! Lots of energy, legs felt good. 3.5 mile run and didn&#8217;t feel like I was dying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 5 &#8211;<\/strong>   <em>25 net carbs.<\/em> Had a good workout, didn&#8217;t feel lethargic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 6 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>26 net carbs<\/em>, 71% fat. Near perfect day on macros, slightly high on net carbs. Swimming felt good, not slow or tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 7<\/strong> &#8211; <em>21 net carbs.<\/em> Had about 250 calories leftover for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 8<\/strong> &#8211; <em>21 net carbs.<\/em> Rest Day, went over my calories by about 200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 9<\/strong> &#8211; <em>34 net carbs. <\/em>Bummer! My day was pretty good fat % and calorie wise, but I had cauliflower &#8220;mashed potatoes&#8221; so maybe that was a bit high. Disappointed with my carbs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 10 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>18 net carbs.<\/em> Thanks to Atkin&#8217;s bar for dessert that has a ton of fiber&#8230;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 11 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>Between 25-30 net carbs.<\/em> I had some munchies here and there so my tracking is off. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 12 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>23 net carbs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 13-<\/strong> <em>20 net carbs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 14 &#8211;<\/strong> <em>Around 15 net carbs.<\/em> Had a few munchies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 15 &#8211; <\/strong>Thanksgiving, didn&#8217;t track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 16 &#8211;<\/strong> 1<em>7 net carbs.<\/em> Didn&#8217;t eat a ton, wasn&#8217;t hungry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 17 &#8211; <\/strong><em>15 net carbs. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall I&#8217;ve felt ok. Not too many symptoms. Maybe because my body is used to going low carb? The first few days I didn&#8217;t feel good (stomach issues, nausea, headache) and then on days I worked out (AFTER working out) I felt fatigue in my muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><strong><u>Weigh In<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First week back on Keto &#8211;  Lost 4 pounds, but that&#8217;s most likely water weight. The second week is what matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second week back on Keto &#8211; didn&#8217;t lose anything but Thanksgiving was in there plus PMS bloating. We&#8217;ll see how the next week goes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Third week &#8211; Down 1 pound. Not great but at least not a gain.
