We had a busy weekend. We drove to Seattle Saturday morning for my grandma’s 98th birthday party. Unfortunately the drive was not fun! It took us 4.5 hours (usually takes 3 hours). Traffic was not great and Logan did NOT sleep at all! He usually takes a nap on car rides. So that wasn’t exactly fun. But we got to Seattle and celebrated my Grandma’s birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She loves Bingo so we had a bingo party!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was fun and Grammy cleaned up! She won the jackpot. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was cake and presents and then we went back to my parent’s house for dinner. My dad and Michael got burgers from a place near the house and my mom and I got cobb salads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday we drove home. It was slightly better…Logan slept for about an hour but then was awake the rest of the drive and squirmy. I think he’s at an age right now where long car rides are not ideal! Nothing we tried kept him busy or occupied and he got fussy and whiny. So I think we’ll refrain from long drives until he’s a bit older!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We got home with enough time to unpack and do laundry and I went swimming. But other than that, not much of a weekend! A lot of car! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now for an update: I’ve been doing keto since mid-November, maybe the 12 or 13th? I forget the exact date I started up again. I’ve been 90% “good” on the diet. I took a one day break for Thanksgiving and I plan on taking Christmas Day off from the diet. But other than that, I am doing my best to stay on the plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
