Michael buys a bunch of ground turkey at one time and makes the patties before freezing them. I want to learn how to use some of the weight machines I&#8217;ve never used before.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/watch-e1284564400852.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6341\" title=\"watch\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/watch-e1284564400852-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/watch-e1284564400852-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/watch-e1284564400852.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gym Stats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 1:16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calories Burned: 467<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout: Weights only<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was on my own for dinner. And I realized two flaws in the Pantry Challenge. The first: we need to add dairy to list of &#8220;things we can go to the store for.&#8221; I realized we were out of sour cream.<\/p>\n<p>The second flaw: it kinda sucks having to go home and make diner after spending over an hour in the gym and not getting home until almost 7:30pm. I am determined to complete this challenge and I can suffer for the next month. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>I grabbed the ingredients I was going to use:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/ingredientlist.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6342\" title=\"ingredientlist\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/ingredientlist-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/ingredientlist-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/ingredientlist.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Leftover chicken, shredded cheese, black beans, green onion and polenta. I cooked the polenta slices for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/polenta.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6343\" title=\"polenta\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/polenta-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/polenta-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/polenta.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>While the polenta was cooking (I flipped them once) I heated up the black beans. I used polenta and black beans from the pantry and the rest were leftovers from the fridge.
