The calories they come up with are ASTOUNDING. In the spirit of that website, I&#8217;m doing my own version:\u00a0 it&#8217;s things I do in my own life to make good choices.<\/p>\n<p>Losing weight and keeping it off is about <strong>making small changes and choices throughout the day.<\/strong> The choices get easier as your palate changes. For example, when I first started my journey I switched to Diet soda. It tasted nasty! I wasn&#8217;t sure I could go on with my plan to lose weight because diet soda and diet food just tasted so nasty. I slowly got used to it and then I found I could not eat really fatty food anymore. Top it with spaghetti sauce, turkey meatballs (or vegetarian meatballs) for a truly awesome dinner.\u00a0 Unless you are carb-loading the night before a big race, though!<\/p>\n<p>See, it&#8217;s the little changes that make a huge difference.
