Not quite the fancy Scottish Oats I prefer but fast. 90 seconds in the microwave and it&#8217;s ready.<\/p>\n<p>Cereal is also a quick option, however, it does NOT fill me up. Eating cereal for breakfast means I will be starving within the hour. I recently won a gift card for Subway and I&#8217;ve been really wanting to try their new breakfast options.This morning I woke up hungry and quickly realized that I could not make breakfast:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3605.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7142\" title=\"IMG_3605\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3605-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3605-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3605-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3605.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>Yesterday Michael worked diligently on the tile floor and as a result, the fridge had to be moved and we can&#8217;t move it back yet. This also means we can&#8217;t get IN the fridge! Subway to the rescue. I drove to the nearest Subway and checked out their breakfast options. I was pleasantly surprised to see the calorie counts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3606.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7143\" title=\"IMG_3606\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3606-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3606-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3606-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3606.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Those are pretty good numbers! I ordered the Black Forest Ham, Egg White and Pepper Jack cheese. It was just as good as the ones that Michael and I make at home.
