<\/a>We’ve made a lot of meals with the stuff we have on hand in the freezer and pantry and there’s so much room in the pantry now I had to reorganize it. Our fridge is pretty bare too!<\/p>\nThis lucky girl walked into the house after work last night to find Michael cooking dinner. I was so glad too because the salad I’d had for lunch did nothing to satisfy my hunger.<\/p>\n
Mac n’ Cheese! But instead of the Annie’s Organic “Blue Box,” Michael added the white cheddar to the cheese mixture again. It makes it so amazingly creamy and yummy.<\/p>\n
Fat Kitty watched TV with us too. He went back and forth trying to decide which lap was better. In the end he decided Daddy’s lap was superior to mine (I only FEED him but whatever! \ud83d\ude09 ).<\/p>\n Magazine Update<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n I received some awesome news this morning. The magazine (FIRST Health for Women magazine) that is doing a story on my weight loss is adding a headshot of me on THE COVER<\/a>! I’m so excited! I cannot believe I’m going to be on the cover of the magazine and I can’t wait to see it. Only two more weeks!<\/p>\n<\/a>Michael defrosted two bratwursts from the freezer and cooked those up to add to the mac n’ cheese.<\/p>\n<\/a>It’s the perfect lazy dinner.<\/p>\n<\/a>If you follow me on Twitter, you read yesterday that I wanted to have a lazy evening and do NOTHING. We succeeded in being lazy and it felt fantastic. Good TV shows are back and we watched “The Middle” and “Modern Family” and then “Entourage” on Netflix.<\/p>\n<\/a>I think Fat Kitty was a little drunk on wine. He was sampling Michael’s Chardonnay….<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a>Okay just kidding, he just sniffed and decided it wasn’t for him! What was he more interested in? This little guy:<\/p>\n<\/a>That damn squirrel has been teasing Fat Kitty all summer long!<\/p>\n<\/a>Fat Kitty talks to the squirrel and give him the What-For. Squirrel could care less.<\/p>\n
