I also have another motive:\u00a0 Canceling my appointment with Ding-Bat Trainer.\u00a0 I was fully prepared to let her know that we weren&#8217;t a good fit and I no longer wanted to be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/personal-training.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6917\" title=\"personal-training\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/personal-training-300x193.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/personal-training-300x193.gif 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/personal-training.gif 650w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Guess what? Yet again no one was at the Personal Training counter so I couldn&#8217;t. I didn&#8217;t want to be passive aggressive and just not show up. That&#8217;s rude.<\/p>\n<p>The good news: Tuesday morning I got a text message from said Ding Bat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/textmessage.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6913\" title=\"textmessage\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/textmessage-200x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/textmessage-200x300.png 200w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/textmessage.png 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>Yay! No confrontation needed.<\/p>\n<p>My workout Monday night was okay. I&#8217;m happy to report that I don&#8217;t need as many days in between my weight training sessions anymore. I wasn&#8217;t sore from Saturday&#8217;s session and Monday&#8217;s went well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/lateralraise.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6914\" title=\"lateralraise\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/lateralraise-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/lateralraise-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/lateralraise.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I focused on the upper body but this time I did more with my legs. I&#8217;m determined to keep my legs strong while I heal. I used the ITB machine that strengthens the inside of the thighs, and I also used the Leg Press (at a very light weight).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/legpress.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6916\" title=\"legpress\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/legpress-e1285697006861-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/legpress-e1285697006861-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/legpress-e1285697006861.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>I haven&#8217;t seen any changes in my arms quite yet but I have seen some changes around my waist. The sides of my abdomen have less to pinch. Progress!<\/p>\n<p>I made my way to the other section of the gym and focused on core work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/AbMb-Russian_Twist_2-300x2251.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6919\" title=\"AbMb-Russian_Twist_2-300x2251\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/AbMb-Russian_Twist_2-300x2251-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/AbMb-Russian_Twist_2-300x2251-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/AbMb-Russian_Twist_2-300x2251.jpg 380w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I did intervals this time:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>2 minutes of vigorous rowing then<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1 minute of the Russian Twist then<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1 minute of Crunches with the half ab ball <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Repeat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was a hot, sweaty routine and it felt good.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/crunchesdrawing.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6920\" title=\"crunchesdrawing\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/crunchesdrawing-189x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"189\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>My abs were burning! I MUST be better about eating something within 15 minutes of a workout. Delicious!
