Mediocre, but it was there. After taking 6 weeks off? It&#8217;s almost nonexistent.<\/p>\n<p>A few days ago, I met my friend Robyn at the gym to take the yoga class they have in the evening. We had some time to kill before class so she hopped on the elliptical and I did my Return to Running Plan on the treadmill.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3885.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7993\" title=\"IMG_3885\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3885-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3885-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3885-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_3885.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>It was strange&#8211;I had NEVER seen so many empty machines in my gym EVER. (Spin class is another class I want to take. The class was very small, so it was nice. It did a little stretching to loosen up before the class started. She gave quick demonstrations and verbal commands. I didn&#8217;t feel lost during the class. I was wobbly for a lot of them. My balance wasn&#8217;t great for the ones that required me to stand on one foot. I noticed every area I need to focus on more.<\/p>\n<p>This pose felt fantastic:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/lunge.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8002\" title=\"lunge\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/lunge-300x185.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/lunge-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/lunge.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>That stretch felt really good on my legs. Especially after walking\/jogging on the treadmill right before the class. Then she had us do another stretch from that move. It was standing up right with the lunge pose and raising hands above my head. I didn&#8217;t catch the name but that one was hard!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/warrior.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8005\" title=\"warrior\" src=\"http:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/warrior-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/warrior-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.110pounds.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/warrior.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>I like Warrior Pose, Sumo Pose, Chair Pose and the Falling Star Pose. They all stretched me in such good ways. My favorite pose has always been Downward Dog. I hope I can shake whatever this nasty bug is so I can continue with my goals.
