I would buy square white dinner plates:

After taking pictures of my food for 6 mos, or so, I really want to get white plates, the red doesn’t photograph well and discolors my food.

I discovered that the hard way too. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am making healthy changes by planning ahead for workouts. I know the weather is changing soon, so in order to keep myself on track, I am going to do boot camp. And I am buying a bike helmet by this weekend, so that I can start riding a bike outdoors!

    1. hundredtenpounds

That’s awesome! I love riding my bike! Such a good workout (and more gentle on the knees).

I am desperate for a new hand mixer. Mine stopped working for unknown reasons and I haven’t gotten around to buying a new one yet. The hand ‘blenders’ look nice too. I’ve seen lots of tasty soup recipes that would be great to try this winter. I’m sure the hand blender would help.

I would buy this storage ottoman (http://www.livingroomsdirect.com/Handy-Living-OTT401-AAA85-HLV1166.html) because I love having throw blankets on the couch and we have way too many, so having cute storage that doubles as extra seating would be perfect!

Oh, and to get into a healthier lifestyle, I finally joined a gym so that I can swim laps in their pool. I used to run, but the 116 degree heat index this summer has been too much for me and I really started slacking. But last week I decided that I can’t just do nothing while waiting for it to cool off, and yours posts about swimming inspired me to try it! So far, it has been great!

Excellent!! I love that I’ve converted another person to swimming. ๐Ÿ™‚

If I won the gift card, I would definitely buy this litter box for my cats (http://www.csnstores.com/Omega-Paw-RA4-OPA1060.html), as I have heard so much about it, and that it works so well. So yeah, that’s what I would get.

    1. hundredtenpounds

The last almost two months, I have been changing my lifestyle to allow myself to lose 100+ pounds, and become a healthier, happier me. I’ve given up soda, I’ve stopped eating junk, and I go to the gym 5 days a week. Things are slow, but I have the determination to get this weight gone, because I will be so much happier when I do!

    1. hundredtenpounds

That’s fantastic! Just quitting soda and going to the gym will cause weight loss. Great job!

Lately, I am slowly but surely trying to incorporate more water and less sodas. It is hard, because I love my sodas. But I can tell a big difference when I choose water instead.
